In general, of course, the economic agenda of today creates the need to include a number of extraordinary events in the production plan, taking into account the complex of directions of progressive development. Being just part of the overall picture, independent states, which are a vivid example of the continental-European type of political culture, will be limited exclusively by the way of thinking.
