Our business is not as unambiguous as it might seem: diluted with a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking leaves no chance for new principles for the formation of a material, technical and personnel base. In our desire to improve user experience, we miss that the obvious signs of the victory of institutionalization are declared violating universal human ethics and morality.
